Experteer Overview
As a Senior AI Architect, you will define and govern generative AI architectures for wind engineering, guiding foundation-model, RAG, and agentic solutions. You will build reusable patterns for enterprise knowledge systems and automated workflows, ensuring security, grounding, and measurable value. You will balance ambitious demonstrations with dependable engineering, establishing evaluation and ownership practices. This role offers impact at scale by shaping how AI-infused engineering decisions are made across the organization.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define Generative AI architecture and reference patterns for foundation-model apps, RAG, tool-using assistants, and multimodal use cases
• Set patterns for model gateways, prompt/context management, retrieval, memory, tool invocation, and logging
• Define model-hosting and evaluation criteria across hosted, enterprise, open-weight, and fine-tuned models
• Ensure alignment with GE Vernova platforms, identity, data, integration, and deployment standards
• Design agentic/workflow patterns, including planning, tool use, memory, handoffs, approvals, retries, and exception handling
• Integrate agents with engineering apps, APIs, data systems, workflow engines, and enterprise services with least-privilege access
• Prevent uncontrolled autonomy via bounded actions, approval gates, and recoverable failure behavior
• Establish evaluation standards for task success, groundedness, retrieval quality, safety, latency, cost, and user value
• Create representative test sets from actual engineering tasks, including difficult or adversarial cases
• Define release gates, regression testing, red-team evidence, and post-deployment monitoring before broad adoption




• Design GenAI experiences aligned with engineering decision points and standard documentation flows
• Define patterns for human review, structured output, source evidence, approvals, and write-back
• Ensure generated content is identifiable, reviewable, and properly validated in engineering records
• Collaborate with process owners to measure cycle-time, quality, adoption, and rework impacts
• Mentor Embedded AI Architects, AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams; lead architecture reviews and workshops
• Establish competency expectations across RAG, agents, evaluation, security, prompt/context engineering, and workflow integration
• Maintain pragmatic view of emerging models and frameworks, evaluating value-based adoption

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree strongly preferred
• Significant hands-on experience architecting and deploying production generative AI, RAG, conversational, or agentic systems
• Knowledge of foundation models, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, prompt/context engineering, structured generation, tool use, and model evaluation
• Experience with orchestration and frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, n8n or equivalents
• Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise APIs, data platforms, document repositories, workflow systems, and observability services
