HR Senior Technician We're looking for a talented and experienced HR Technician ready to be part of our team. We are looking for a Human Resources with proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and a passion for talent development. Responsibilities
* Direct management of 70+ employee teams, covering recruitment, admin operations, and talent development.
* Administration of HR systems (time tracking, leave management, attendance, and compliance audits).
* Implementation and oversight of HR policies in line with current labor legislation.
* Enforcement of occupational health and safety compliance across offices.
* Promotion of an open, empathetic communication culture across all company levels.
* Constructive conflict resolution matched to team dynamics.
* Design and execution of employee wellbeing, retention, and engagement programs. Minimum Requirements
* 5+ years of experience leading teams of 50 or more people.
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or equivalent practical experience.
* Strong expertise in Spanish labor law and HR compliance.
* Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
* Hands-on experience with core HR software (time & attendance, leave tracking). Competencies

* From 33k gross annual salary depending on experience.
