We are an explorer style 39-meter, 430 GT privately operated steel hull motor yacht, built in 2025 to commercial standards and kept in class, currently located in Mallorca, with an international team of 8 permanent crew members. No party people, no charter. Position: Reliable and skilled Chase boat Captain/ Bosun Location: Palma de Mallorca Start Date: Beginning of November Requirements:

- RYA Yachtmaster Offshore (essential)
- Proven watchkeeping experience (bridge / navigational watch)
- Minimum 45 years yachting experience
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training
- Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate
- Strong tender driving skills (37feet Tender)
- Solid knowledge of deck operations & maintenance
- Fluent English
- B1/B2 and Schengen Visa
- A strong understanding of maritime regulations and safety protocols

Key Responsibilities

- Stand bridge watches and assist with navigation
- Assist with mooring,



anchoring and performing chase boat operations
- Perform general deck duties (washdowns, teak care, polishing, painting)
- Support safety procedures and drills onboard
- Work closely with the Chief Mate

Cruising area:
