Reloom is a female-founded startup that helps fashion brands understand where they stand on sustainability, close their gaps, and say only what they can back up. Brands complete an AI-supported assessment, get recommendations tied to the EU rules that apply to them (including EmpCo), and can publish a factual profile on reloom. Me where shoppers can browse their products.

Our platform does the heavy lifting on data. As our Sustainability and Compliance Manager, you bring the sustainability expertise. You'll own each brand from signature to renewal: helping them understand their results, turning gaps into practical next steps, and making sure what they say about sustainability holds up under EU rules.

This role suits someone with a background in sustainability who enjoys working with clients and wants to help brands make real, credible progress.

What you'll do Advise brands on sustainability performance and regulatory disclosure

- Assess the evidence and documentation provided by brands (certificates, supplier audits, policies, LCAs) with support of Reloom's proprietary AI tool.
- Review the strategic and regulatory recommendations the platform generates from the survey and brand documentation provided, and sharpen them so they are specific, realistic and right for the brand.
- Build 12-month improvement plans for strategic / high-value brands and review progress with them each quarter.
- Advise brands on what would strengthen their documents & how to communicate this accurately and with confidence.
- Work the brand's review queue at its plan's review windows, and feed what you learn back into how the platform assesses and recommends.

Own the brand relationship

- Pick up each brand from Sales at signature and prepare from the CRM brand packet.
- Run the 30-minute onboarding call: walk the brand through the portal, agree ways of working, the assessment timeline and who owns what on their side.
- Be the brand's main point of contact during the assessment phase and feedback any technical to the tech team.
- Run results calls and quarterly reviews where the plan includes them or the brand asks.
- Spot upsell opportunities and hand them to Sales.

Keep what goes public accurate

- Review the AI-drafted strengths and gaps for each brand's reloom.Me page, then send it to the brand for approval.
- Review drafted claims and retailer reports.
- Support brands with guidance and copy drafting where their plan includes it. The brand stays responsible for what it publishes.

Stay ahead of regulation

- Keep track of the regulatory sustainability landscape and make sure the dates and requirements brands see are up to date.
- Run refreshes and renewals, and make sure brands re-approve anything public.

Shape the product and its growth

- Work with the founding team and the tech team to develop future features, drawing on what you learn from brands day to day.
- Identify strategic growth opportunities for the product, including new services, markets and regulatory needs brands will face next.
- Create a clear timeline for Reloom on new product features,

learning from competitors in the market and also coming up with innovative ways to make our B2B tool more appealing to our brands. This will require supporting with the strategy behind the product build and handing over the technical build to the Tech team and ensuring the implementation is upto industry standards and support with onboarding the clients onto these new features

- A strong interest and knowledge in EU sustainability regulation (e.G. Empowering Consumers for the Green Transition Directive EmpCo), and the ability to get up to speed quickly on new rules and what they mean for brands.
