Job Summary

The Plant Cost Analysis (PCA) and Business Reporting Global Process Expert (GPE) is a key general Finance leadership role within IFF, accountable for shaping the strategy, design, standards and transformation agenda for a critical Record to Report domain across the enterprise. As IFF's global authority for the domain, the GPE connects Business Finance, Controllership, GBS, Digital/Technology and other functions to translate enterprise priorities into sustainable global solutions. The role provides strategic direction, drives transformation and simplification, protects critical process expertise and ensures that global standards deliver measurable value for IFF. Operational execution remains with SSC / GBS, while the GPE provides global process leadership, governance and technical authority.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

* Global Process Strategy, Design & Standards: Own the global strategy, target operating model, end-to-end process design, policies and minimum standards for the domain across IFF. Establish the framework within which the organization operates, govern design decisions and deviations, and continuously evolve standards in response to business, regulatory and technology changes.

* Enterprise Transformation & Value Creation: Shape and sponsor the global transformation roadmap for the domain, translating IFF Finance priorities and business needs into scalable process, data, technology and automation solutions. Build business cases, prioritize investment and demand, and steer initiatives from concept through deployment and benefit realization.

* Global Domain Authority & Decision Leadership: Act as IFF's global Finance authority for the domain. Provide direction on complex process and technical matters, resolve escalated issues, arbitrate competing interpretations and ensure decisions are applied consistently across businesses, regions and legal entities.

* Business Partnership & Global Stakeholder Leadership: Act as a key liaison between the global process organization and IFF's Business Finance, Controllership, GBS and functional stakeholders. Bring the Voice of the Business into global process decisions while protecting enterprise standards, priorities and long-term value.

* Global Capability & Knowledge Leadership:



Build and sustain the global capability and expertise required for the domain. Lead the expert community, set objectives, develop talent, strengthen succession and ensure critical knowledge becomes a reusable institutional capability rather than residing with individuals.

* Process Performance, Governance & Continuous Improvement: Own the global performance and health framework for the end-to-end process, including KPIs, controls, quality gates and systemic issue management. Use data and root-cause analysis to identify opportunities and hold the organization accountable for sustainable improvement without assuming ownership of daily execution.

What Makes You the Right Fit

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline. A professional accounting qualification or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.

* Deep expertise in Plant Cost Analysis processes and Business reporting.

* Strong capability in end-to-end global process and operating-model design, Finance transformation, automation and digital enablement, internal controls and SOX, and ERP/SAP and reporting platforms. Strategic thinker with executive-level communication, sound judgment and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate competing global and local priorities, and lead decisions across a complex matrixed organization. Proven ability to develop talent and translate enterprise priorities into executable roadmaps.

* Typically 10+ years of progressive Finance experience across Controllership, Record to Report- Plant cost analysis, Business Finance, GBS and/or Finance Transformation, including demonstrated leadership of complex global processes or transformation agendas. Proven ability to operate in a large, global,



matrixed organization; influence senior Finance and business stakeholders without relying solely on hierarchical authority; lead cross-functional decisions; and translate business strategy into global process solutions. Experience leading expert teams and managing the intersection of process, people, controls, data and technology is strongly preferred.

* Professional accounting certification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA or local equivalent) preferred. Process-improvement, change-management or project-management certification is desirable. Fluent English required. Enterprise-minded, decisive and credible with senior stakeholders. Able to balance global standardization with legitimate business differences, challenge constructively, make sound decisions in ambiguity and mobilize diverse teams around a common global direction. Availability to collaborate across regions and time zones is required.
