LONGi Energy Storage Europe is seeking a Core Service Management leader to oversee full-cycle service delivery for utility-scale ESS across Europe. You will lead the service team, manage LTSA and O&M; projects, and ensure contract compliance, KPI delivery, and customer satisfaction.
The role requires deep expertise in BESS, O&M; optimization, data review, cost control, and cross‐functional collaboration with R&D;, engineering and quality teams to drive product iteration and service improvements.
