A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

- Develops program marketing plan including strategies, objectives, tactics and budget.
- Conducts market analyses to maintain an appropriate level of understanding of health care financing, organization, systems and standards for care delivery to support program marketing plans.
- Initiates market research regarding economics of care delivery.
- Establishes and executes promotional strategies required to support program marketing plan.
- Develops and maintains relationships with health system customers to understand customer needs.
- Also develops and maintains relationships with internal business unit, marketing and sales staff to develop and execute the program marketing plan.

Required knowledge and experience

- Master's degree and proven marketing leadership experience within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and demonstrated expertise within the Western European healthcare market,



particularly in Cardiology and Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in international roles.
- Proven experience launching products and developing value propositions for innovative healthcare technologies, especially AI-driven solutions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills within complex matrix organizations.
- Ability to lead large, diverse teams and drive alignment across multiple countries and functions with empathy and efficiency.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of balancing long-term marketing strategy and near-term execution.
- Experience in digital marketing, channel strategy, and close collaboration with commercial and sales organizations.

The final salary within this range will be determined based on objective, job-related criteria, including relevant experience, skills and qualifications, in accordance with our compensation framework.
