Shape and implement global frameworks across Quality Management, Business Excellence and HSE
Support international entities in translating global requirements into practical local processes
Help build and improve processes from the ground up, particularly within the evolving Health & Safety area
Coordinate Quality and ISO-related activities across different entities and support consistent ways of working
Drive continuous improvement and help identify practical solutions to operational challenges
Collaborate with stakeholders across countries, functions and organisational levels in a highly international environment
Work across a broad variety of topics rather than focusing on one specialised area
Visit different locations internationally to better understand local environments and support implementation on site

This is you
Experience in Quality Management, Business Excellence, Process Management, HSE or a related field




Good understanding of management systems and quality-related processes; practical knowledge of ISO 9001 is particularly valuable
Knowledge of ISO 14001 and/or ISO 4501 is an advantage
Experience defining, coordinating or implementing processes across different teams or entities
Comfortable working with international stakeholders and navigating different local requirements
Structured and organised, with a practical and solution-oriented way of working
Curious and eager to learn, with the confidence to question existing processes and suggest improvements
Able to take ownership and work independently while contributing to a collaborative global team
Adaptable and comfortable working in an evolving environment where not every process is fully established yet
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel internationally when required
