We are looking for an Experienced Data Analyst – Digital Sales to join the tech hub of Europe’s leading consumer electronics and tech retailer in Barcelona. In this role, you will drive data-backed decisions across high-traffic e-commerce platforms by spearheading A/B testing and experimentation, designing scalable tracking frameworks, and transforming complex datasets into high-impact KPIs and dashboards. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to shape, deploy, and continuously elevate tracking, digital analytics, and experimentation roadmaps across the digital journey. Architect scalable tracking frameworks from design to documentation, guaranteeing high data integrity, reliability, and seamless usability across BI reporting, A/B testing, and third-party tools. Turn data into product strategy by defining key performance metrics, building intuitive dashboards, and translating complex user behavior into concrete, revenue-driving recommendations. Own the experimentation lifecycle end-to-end, overseeing hypothesis formulation, sample size calculations, statistical analysis, and clear go/no-go rollout guidance. Scale the testing ecosystem across multiple platforms and European markets by optimizing workflows, building automated tooling, and establishing shared testing frameworks. Get hands-on with enterprise cloud data, querying complex datasets, navigating pipelines, and partnering side-by-side with data engineers and software developers to ensure seamless data flows. Serve as a trusted analytical advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, driving data literacy, mentoring teammates, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Требования:

Solid track record in digital or product analytics (CRO,



experimentation, or digital sales), ideally gained within high-traffic e-commerce or fast-paced digital product environments. Deep command of tracking concepts and modern BI stacks, including hands-on experience designing KPI frameworks, ensuring data governance, and building reporting in tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Adobe Analytics, or Firebase. Proven expertise in statistical experimentation, comfortable steering the entire A/B testing lifecycle—from hypothesis setup and power calculations/sample sizing to significance testing and communicating business impact. Advanced technical querying capabilities, with strong hands-on proficiency in SQL and direct experience navigating complex data pipelines and cloud data warehouses (especially GCP / BigQuery). Technical fluency with developers, bringing demonstrated experience in drafting clear measurement requirements, tracking specs, data flows, and implementation logic for engineering teams. Forward-thinking approach to modern workflows, comfortable utilizing version control (GitHub), AI-assisted productivity tools (Copilot, AI agents), and modern automation tools. Exceptional stakeholder diplomacy, with the ability to bridge commercial needs and technical solutions, articulating complex analytical insights with clarity and confidence. High ownership and intellectual curiosity, combining the autonomy to self-organize and solve ambiguous problems with enthusiasm for collaborating in cross-functional agile teams. Условия:
