Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and implement public affairs initiatives aligned with business priorities. You will build and maintain relationships with government bodies, industry associations, and other external stakeholders. You will monitor policy developments and provide actionable recommendations to inform senior management. You will coordinate cross-functional responses to regulatory changes and support external communications and representation. This position offers a chance to shape external engagement strategies and strengthen the company’s readiness across markets.

Compensaciones / Incentivos • Develop and implement public affairs initiatives aligned with business priorities • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and external stakeholders • Monitor national and local policy developments and provide actionable business insights • Coordinate cross-functional responses to regulatory developments and manage external matters with legal, compliance, and business teams • Support external communications, briefing materials,



and representation in meetings and policy forums • Partner with local teams and HQ to support business development from a public affairs perspective • Develop and improve internal processes for policy monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and issue escalation

Responsabilidades • Bachelor's degree in a related field or above • 3-5 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or regulatory affairs • Experience with multinational companies, government institutions, or industry associations is a plus • Strong understanding of government institutions, policymaking, and regulatory environments • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate positions on complex matters • Strong cross-functional coordination and project management skills • Sound judgement, structured thinking, and ownership • Native-level Spanish proficiency required; Chinese proficiency preferred • Familiarity with local institutional and business environments and networks
