We are an explorer style 39-meter, 430 GT privately operated steel hull motor yacht, built in 2025 to commercial standards and kept in class, currently located in Mallorca, with an international team of 8 permanent crew members. No party people, no charter.

RYA Yachtmaster Offshore (essential)

Proven

watchkeeping experience

(bridge / navigational watch)

Minimum

45 years yachting experience

Valid

STCW Basic Safety Training

Valid

ENG1 Medical Certificate

Strong tender driving skills (37feet Tender)

Solid knowledge of

deck operations & maintenance

Fluent English

B1/B2 and Schengen Visa

A strong understanding of maritime regulations and safety protocols

Key Responsibilities

Stand bridge watches and assist with navigation

Assist with mooring,



anchoring and performing chase boat operations

Perform general deck duties (washdowns, teak care, polishing, painting)

Support safety procedures and drills onboard

Work closely with the Chief Mate
