Support acquisition and divestment processes, including due diligence and data-room coordination. Prepare financial summaries, presentations, business plans and materials for management and investment decisions. Assist with the preparation of information for investors, lenders and external advisors. Conduct market, company and transaction research. Coordinate financial information and follow-up actions with internal teams and external stakeholders. Contribute to the improvement of financial templates, reporting tools and internal processes. Bachelor in Finance/ Business Administration, Engineering or similar 2-4 of years experience dealing with financial models, M&A; activities and/or project finance Fluent in English, any other language is a plus Team player and hands-on personality Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving Skills. Planning and organization focus (attention to details).
