We’re looking for an experienced, confident, and mature Lead Deckhand to join a 60m+ private and light charter sailing yacht operating a dual-season itinerary. The vessel has genuinely lovely owners and will be crossing to the Caribbean at the end of November. The adecuado candidate will have: Previous sailing yacht experience - essential Yachtmaster - essential Strong tender-driving skills Experience with a variety of watersports Diving experience would be a bonus A valid B1/B2 visa is essential due to the vessel’s itinerary Package on offer: Start date: Mid to late November Leave: 40 days Salary: €4,000 DOE Please note: this position is open to Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
