We are currently recruiting for a/an Solar Field Operator to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate solar field tracking and control systems in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
- Monitor solar field tracking and control systems performance and report anomalies to supervisors.
- Perform routine inspections and basic upkeep tasks on solar field tracking and control systems.
- Support monitoring solar field tracking systems and reporting anomalies.
- Maintain accurate operational logs and records.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies during daily operations.
Education & Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in renewable energy or industrial operations preferred.
Experience & Technical Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in solar field operations or related industrial roles.
- Basic familiarity with equipment operation and safety procedures.
