Responsabilidades • Proven GM/MD/BD Director with full Pu0026L accountability • Strong background in industrial or manufacturing environments, high-volume, cost-sensitive • Ability to combine commercial leadership with operational and financial management • Solid understanding of manufacturing, procurement, supply chain and cost structures • Track record of improving profitability and delivering sustainable growth • Experience developing commercial strategies and managing strategic customers • Strong leadership with experience managing cross-functional senior teams • Strategic mindset with hands-on, results-oriented approach • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills • Fluent in Spanish and English
