Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Strong hands-on SAP HCM Payroll and PA customizing experience, ideally with dedicated Dutch Payroll expertise.

Expert configuration capabilities across payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and core payroll logic.

Proven experience in SAP-to-SAP HCM/Payroll migrations, including complex data mapping and historical payroll data handling.

Hands-on involvement in payroll testing, reconciliation, parallel runs, and cutover execution.

Practical familiarity working within SAP S/4HANA and H4S4 environments.
