Producer Assistant

Responsibilities

Translate high-level direction from the Lead Producer. Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and freelancers, ensuring they have the materials and context needed to work smoothly. Maintain visibility over project status, deadlines, and daily blockers, escalating them when necessary. Facilitate top-down and bottom-up communication regarding daily needs, blockers, and announcements. Produce reports, presentations, and documentation required for production operations. Requirements

English and Spanish: Professional Level Professional experience in production coordination, project management, or game development administration. Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail. Excellent cross-departmental and external communication skills. Familiarity with project management tracking software (Jira, etc.). Additional information

Type of contract: Long term position. 40 hours/week contract.



From 25k gross annual salary depending on experience. Workplace at our Sevilla facilities. You might be required to attend up to 2 per-team and 2 company-wide team-building activities each year, travel and accommodation provided by the company. Company Perks
