A restaurant based in Manacor is currently looking for a motivated and organized Kitchen Assistant to join the kitchen brigade. In this on-site role, you will play an essential part in supporting the kitchen team, ensuring that daily preparation and meal services run smoothly, efficiently, and to high standards. In your day-to-day work, your primary focus will be supporting the head chef and ensuring that every service runs as efficiently as possible. Your key responsibilities include:

Assisting the head chef directly with daily food preparation and general kitchen duties.

Ensuring all kitchen operations run in a fast, clean, and well-organized manner at all times.

Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and order across all preparation surfaces and work stations.

Supporting the team during active service hours to ensure orders are completed swiftly and accurately.

Keeping tools, cookware, and equipment properly organized, cleaned,



and readily available for the team.

To succeed in this role, you should bring previous experience in the hospitality sector and a dependable approach to kitchen service:

You have at least 6 months of verifiable experience working in a restaurant kitchen environment.

You have a strong sense of order, cleanliness, and speed when assisting during high-tempo service periods.

You are a reliable team player who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with the head chef.

You bring a positive, proactive work attitude and a willingness to maintain a well-structured work area.

This position offers solid and transparent conditions for your long-term stability in Mallorca:

A permanent contract providing long-term employment security.

A full-time work schedule arranged in split shifts: 11:00 to 15:00 and 19:00 to 23:00.

Two designated rest days each week, with Tuesdays and Thursdays completely off.

An attractive gross annual salary of 27,500 EUR.

An official starting date scheduled for December 15, 2026.
