Your central responsibility in this position will be the accurate and clean assembly of plasterboard panels across various building structures. You will work on both wall partitions and ceiling installations, ensuring every board is placed securely and correctly. Typical duties include: Installing drywall and plasterboard panels on different framework structures, including interior walls and suspended ceilings. Safely, confidently, and efficiently handling trade tools such as electric drills, saws, and drywall knives. Measuring, cutting, and trimming plasterboard sheets to exact dimensions before fitting. Collaborating on site to ensure high-quality installation work and maintaining a safe work space at all times. To qualify for this position,



you need solid foundational skills in drywall assembly and the physical coordination necessary for site work. Specific requirements include: A minimum of 12 months of documented work experience as a drywall installer or plasterboard technician. Proven manual dexterity and the capability to handle building materials accurately. Demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively with handheld machinery, saws, and utility blades. No formal academic degrees or certificates are required; your practical track record, skills, and dedication to the trade are what truly matter. This opportunity offers clear, transparent, and structured working terms in Palma: A permanent employment contract designed for long-term job security in Mallorca. A gross yearly compensation of 22,400 EUR, paid out conveniently over 14 monthly disbursements. Standard full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, running from 08:00 to 17:00 with appropriate rest breaks, allowing for a healthy work-life balance with free weekends.
