Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

to lead our integral cybersecurity initiatives. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, with a strong preference for candidates within European time zones to facilitate collaboration with existing teams. The CISO will be responsible for developing and executing the company's information security strategy, safeguarding assets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This executive role requires a leader with exceptional strategic thinking, deep technical expertise, and strong communication skills to effectively articulate risk and security posture to the board and all levels of the organization. You will drive the security culture and build a world‑class security program, overseeing all aspects of information security, risk management, and business continuity.

Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Establish and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures across the organization. Oversee and manage the information security program, including risk management, incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery. Lead and mentor a global team of security professionals. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001). Manage the security budget and vendor relationships. Direct and respond to security breaches and incidents, ensuring timely and effective remediation. Advise the executive leadership team and the Board of Directors on cybersecurity risks and strategies. Promote a strong security
