Founding Product Manager (AI Platform) | £110 K–£150 K/€130 K–€180 K + Equity | Fully Remote across UK/EU
A rare opportunity to join one of Europe's fastest-growing AI startups, having raised over €50 M in funding and founded just last year.
They're building an AI platform that automates complex enterprise workflows across SAP, APIs, spreadsheets, emails and legacy systems.
These aren't chatbots. They're AI agents that actually complete work, handling multi-step processes, making decisions and involving humans when needed.
The platform is already being used by major enterprise customers, and they're now looking for a Founding Product Manager to help shape how it scales.
You would join a product-centric company that is obsessed with building great products. It's at the core of everything they do.

Fully remote across Europe, with monthly travel to Prague to collaborate with the founding team (travel is paid for).
Over €50 M raised, with a team of around 60 people.
Genuine ownership of product strategy, discovery and delivery.
Direct access to enterprise customers and the Head of Product.
A flat structure with plenty of autonomy and very little bureaucracy. What you'll be doing
You'll own core parts of the platform, from identifying customer problems through to shipping products and measuring their impact.
A big part of the challenge is taking complex requests from individual enterprise customers and turning them into reusable platform capabilities.
You'll be: Working directly with enterprise customers to understand their problems.
Owning product discovery, strategy,



prioritisation and delivery.
Building platform features that support AI agents, automation, integrations and enterprise workflows.
Working closely with engineers and designers to ship and iterate quickly. Using AI tools and agentic workflows to improve your own product development process.
Measuring success through real customer and business outcomes. What they're looking for
Ideally, you'll have: 3–5+ years of Product Management experience within B2 B software.
Experience working closely with enterprise customers, ideally at a startup or scale-up who have had seed funding - Series B.
Hands-on experience with AI agents, automation or agentic workflows.
Experience taking products or features from zero to one.
Strong technical understanding of enterprise software, including integrations, security and permissions.
Examples of products you've shipped, with measurable results.
The ability to make decisions independently and work through ambiguity. An engineering background or experience with start up developer platforms, automation or enterprise Saa S would be a huge bonus.
