Head of Department in Tarragona seeks a third chef to join a rotating galley team of four. Passion for food, creativity, kindness, calmness and hard work are essential.Our galley thrives on teamwork with no egos, where everyone pitches in and takes pride in a positive environment. The role centers on cooking for around 27 crew, creating fresh, varied, healthy meals while accommodating dietary requirements and supporting the Head and Sous Chef with guest food and galley operations when needed.
