HR Senior Technician We're looking for a talented and experienced HR Technician ready to be part of our team.We are looking for a Human Resources with proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and a passion for talent development.ResponsibilitiesDirect management of 70+ employee teams, covering recruitment, admin operations, and talent development.Administration of HR systems (time tracking, leave management, attendance, and compliance audits).Implementation and oversight of HR policies in line with current labor legislation.Enforcement of occupational health and safety compliance across offices.Promotion of an open, empathetic communication culture across all company levels.Constructive conflict resolution matched to team dynamics.Design and execution of employee wellbeing, retention, and engagement programs.Minimum Requirements5+ years of experience leading teams of 50 or more people.Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or equivalent practical experience.Strong expertise in Spanish labor law and HR compliance.Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).Hands-on experience with core HR software (time & attendance,
