At Saipem, we embrace diversity as a driver of innovation and inclusion, while prioritizing people’s safety and environmental sustainability, even in the most challenging conditions.AsConstruction Engineer , you will join our DepartmentTransportation System Construction Technical Office (CSO) , in the business lineEnergy Careers .How can you support us?Ensure preparation of Scopes of Work for Pipelines construction and multidisciplinary for associated facilities, Request for Quotation (RFQ) for both Bid activities and acquired operational projects, including Technical Bid evaluation of construction BiddersDraft construction operating procedures (Method of statement) for Pipelines and multidisciplinary plant construction phases.Provide Pipeline and associated Plant construction supervision and monitoring of work performed in the field, both subcontracted and direct hire.Support the organization during the bidding and execution of construction activities, ensuring management of interfaces with engineering and procurement departments, overseeing the availability of construction materials and equipment.Support the project organization in setting the construction strategy and construction execution plan. Coordinate with the project team the setting of the schedule and coordinate with the procurement team the proper setting of the material procurement flow.Ensure full compliance with safety procedures, quality standards,
