? We're hiring: Office Manager & Sales Administration Coordinator

Martin Real Estate, an Irish-owned agency on the Costa del Sol, is growing, and I'm looking for a bilingual, highly organised person to join me in our Calahonda, Mijas office.

What you'll do:

• Run the office day to day, including calls, admin and bookkeeping

• Prepare reservation contracts and coordinate sales paperwork

• Liaise with buyers, sellers,



lawyers, banks and surveyors

• Book viewings, valuations and client meetings

• Handle compliance, including client ID, due diligence and AML checks

• Support our social media and marketing

What you'll need:

• Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken

• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, email)

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

• The initiative to work independently

A bonus: Experience in real estate, plus knowledge of the Spanish buying process, GDPR and AML requirements.

The details: Full-time. Competitive salary. Start date: beginning of January 2027.
