OverviewIn this role you will act as a business partner and SME within Europe GBS to manage invoice-to-pay operations.

You will support Italy and other European markets, coordinating financial accounting, reporting, and analytics with clear, timely communication.

You will drive process improvements, standardization, and controls across Europe while partnering with Treasury and Sourcing teams.

You'll work closely with cross-functional colleagues to deliver accurate financial data and efficient PO/Non-PO invoice processing.

ResponsabilidadesProcess PO and Non-PO invoices through Coupa and SAP systems

Research and resolve invoice errors and vendor issues following standards and compliance

Provide training and support for Accounts Payable and T&E; procedures

Develop expertise in T&E; (Concur) and assist in reimbursements

Maintain SOPs and training materials; deliver Coupa and Concur trainings

Act as SME for the country cluster; test upgrades to SAP, Coupa, and related systems





Identify and implement AP process improvements; support cross-Europe standardization

Manage Vendor Master data and coordinate with Treasury for bank setups and payments

Run payments twice a week; perform audits and resolve exceptions; assist monthly closings

Support VAT and other tax reporting and provide quarterly reconciliations

Requisitos principalesBachelor in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Experience with international currencies and cross-border processes

Independent, high energy, and capable of multi-tasking

Excellent written and verbal English and Italian communication

Experience in a paperless invoice processing workflow

Manufacturing Operations Accounts Payable experience

2+ years in an automated ERP invoice processing environment (preferably SAP or COUPA)
