OverviewAs a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer, you will join a greenfield fashion retail project to design, build, and evolve a new digital product from scratch.

Requisitos principales5+ years of professional software development with a focus on Java and Spring Boot

Hands-on fullstack experience (backend, frontend, APIs, integrations)

Strong knowledge of React and JavaScript/TypeScript

Experience building applications from scratch, including MVPs and greenfield projects

Solid understanding of architecture, design, scalability, performance, maintainability

Experience with microservices, REST APIs, modern architectures

Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor)

Ability to evaluate alternatives, create proofs-of-concept, and make pragmatic architectural decisions

Understanding of software quality practices (testing, code reviews, security, automation)

Experience with Agile collaboration with product owners and cross-functional teams

Ownership mindset, autonomous work style, and ability to drive technical discussions

Fluent Spanish (C1+) and English collaboration autonomy communication
