Requisitos principalesStrong business analysis experience with data/CRM/Salesforce exposure

Proven ability to gather, analyze, document, and refine requirements

Experience producing user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria

Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and in international settings

Proficiency in English; on-site work in Bangalore

Practical experience using AI/GenAI tools to improve productivity and delivery

Understanding of how AI adds value to business analysis and design

Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively
