3–6 years of experience in technical application operations. Interface knowledge. Good knowledge of TAM activities. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Automation skills are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities Perform standard TAM operations. Work on incidents, problems, changes and service requests (SR). Coordinate and align with clients. Carry out system health checks. Work on TAM for VDI, SAP, batch job scheduling and maintenance of non-SAP applications.
