Barcelona The Associate Director, AI Product Manager supports the development, launch, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products, ensuring they align with user needs and business objectives. This role involves working in tandem with Line Function(s) Product Owner(s) (i.e. product leader in the beneficiary Line Function) and a team to translate product vision & strategy, manage the product lifecycle, motivate the product team & support product success through data-driven decision-making and ethical considerations in AI deployment. This role requires continuously scanning the external environment, challenging team approaches, and making swift, informed decisions that contribute to realization of the product value proposition.

Support product management of one or more products depending on scale and complexity Coordinate the development, launch, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products in collaboration with business owners and cross-functional teams Translate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives Manage the assigned product lifecycle, including MVP development, scaling, and continuous refinement through data-driven decision-making (technical, adoption and value metrics) Track product budget and resource allocation to maximize ROI and impact, while maintaining stakeholder engagement and prioritizing feature development Collaborate with DDIT and external parties to ensure seamless product delivery and transition to the maintenance phase Key Performance Indicators user adoption rates, performance metrics) User satisfaction scores and product adoption rates Percentage of prioritized features successfully implemented and positively received by users & stakeholders Timely milestone delivery Resource utilization rates and efficiency improvements Stakeholder feedback indicating collaboration and consistency with business objectives within a Line Function or cross-functional objectives Ideal Background Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field Education Desirable: Master's degree in a relevant field Languages: Excellent English required (oral & written) Experience/Professional requirement: 5+ years in life science sector and desirable previous experience in a product management role; demonstrated experience contributing to the development, launch and scaling of products from conception to market Strong stakeholder management, process design, and value realization capabilities Experience supporting product strategy, development, and continuous improvement Ideal candidates will have a blend of experience working in both start-up environments and enterprise settings, bringing a versatile perspective to product development and management Rewards and Benefits Insurance plans Retirement plans Wellbeing resources Integral recognition programs Flexible and hybrid working options, where possible Minimum of 14 weeks paid parental leave Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: Barcelona: 63,, EUR Annual.
