You will partner with line-function Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate vision into a deliverable product roadmap, while enabling data-driven decisions and ethical AI deployment.

ResponsabilidadesSupport product management of one or more products depending on scale and complexity

Coordinate development, launch, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products with business owners and cross-functional teams

Translate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure alignment with user needs and business objectives

Manage product lifecycle including MVP development, scaling,



and refinement via data-driven decision-making (technical, adoption and value metrics)

Track product budget and resource allocation to maximize ROI and maintain stakeholder engagement

Collaborate with DDIT and external parties to ensure seamless product delivery and transition to maintenance

Requisitos principalesBachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

Master's degree in a relevant field (desirable)

5+ years in life science sector and product management experience

Demonstrated experience in development, launch, and scaling of products from conception to market

Strong stakeholder management, process design, and value realization capabilities

Experience supporting product strategy, development, and continuous improvement

Experience in both startup and enterprise environments
