OverviewAs Associate Director, Data & Analytics – Delivery Region Europe, you partner with senior leaders to shape data-driven strategies and end-to-end data products across Europe.

You translate business priorities into actionable roadmaps, deliver scalable data solutions, and ensure governance and compliance throughout the lifecycle.

You'll collaborate across business, product, engineering, and governance teams to drive adoption and measurable value.

This role offers visibility, impact on regional analytics, and opportunities to advance data maturity in a regulated, global organization.

ResponsabilidadesTranslate strategic priorities into data and analytics initiatives with business leaders

Shape and prioritise a regional data and analytics roadmap aligned with goals

Lead end-to-end delivery of data products from concept to adoption

Convert complex requirements into product backlogs, epics, and user stories

Implement scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions across enterprise platforms

Ensure governance, quality, security,



and compliance across the data lifecycle

Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, engineering, and governance

Lead stakeholder communications, business readiness, and user adoption activities

Monitor solution performance, reliability, and value realization

Champion continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, data quality, and engagement

Requisitos principalesExperience partnering with senior stakeholders to translate needs into data-driven solutions

Strong business analysis and requirements management in cross-functional settings

Advanced expertise in SQL and modern cloud-based data platforms

Hands-on delivery of scalable data pipelines, transformations, and analytics products

Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, lineage, and data quality

Experience with Snowflake and enterprise data orchestration technologies

Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and testing

Excellent communication to influence both technical and non-technical audiences stakeholder management communication cross-functional collaboration
