You will lead customer complaint analyses and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and proper launch of new products from the quality area, including PPAP management.

Adecuado candidates have a degree in engineering, at least two years in customer quality in automotive, fluent English, and willingness to travel about once a month.
