About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced BKS Operations & Support Engineer to join an international technology project within the banking sector, supporting critical financial services and operational platforms.

Based in Madrid, you will work closely with a UK-based team, collaborating with international technical and business stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of BKS platforms and their end-to-end processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional with hands-on BKS experience who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, managing production incidents and working in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, analyse and troubleshoot technical incidents to ensure the stability and continuity of end-to-end BKS operational flows.
- Monitor and manage services deployed on Red Hat OpenShift.
- Work with repositories, branches and code management using GitHub.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate incident resolution.
- Collaborate with international technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely issue resolution.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience with BKS architecture and end-to-end operational flows .
- Proven experience in production support, incident management and troubleshooting.
- Practical knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift , including containerised environments and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with GitHub for repository and code management.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English ,



written and spoken.
- Comfortable working with international teams, particularly UK-based stakeholders.
