AARK Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support legacy system analysis and business process improvement.

? Location: Madrid / Barcelona, Spain

? Start: Last week of November 2026

⏳ Duration: 3 months

? Experience: 7+ years

?️ Languages: Spanish and English

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse legacy systems based on COBOL and Visual Basic (VB), assess business processes, and document current-state findings.
- Gather and validate requirements with business and IT stakeholders.
- Model business processes and data flows, producing clear functional documentation.
- Translate findings into prioritised recommendations to support decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience





- Proven Business Analyst experience in enterprise or financial services environments.
- Strong analytical, process modelling, and requirements documentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency with BA tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office, alongside familiarity with Copilot and data analysis.
