We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to drive new business acquisition, build strong client relationships, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting, cold calls, emails, and social selling.
Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Understand client needs and present tailored AI advertising solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Achieve revenue and activity targets.
Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams and identify upselling opportunities.
Requirements
German: C1 level
English: B2 level
2–3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or business development.
Strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, PPC, and advertising.
Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and self-prospecting.
Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven mindset and strong organizational skills.
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: €30,000 gross/year
On-Target Bonus: €5,175 gross/year – uncapped earning potential
Full-time position: 39 hours/week
