OverviewAs Chief of Staff to the CEO and Leadership Team, you will translate strategy into actionable plans, shape the company's priorities, and drive execution across functions.

You'll run leadership rituals, prepare investor communications, and own the OKR system and operating rhythm to ensure timely progress.

You'll lead select cross?functional projects end?to?end, monitor performance, and align teams with board expectations.

ResponsabilidadesPartner with the CEO and Leadership Team to shape priorities and act as a trusted advisor

Run Leadership Team rituals (WBRS, offsites), set agendas, track follow?ups, ensure decisions are implemented

Prepare Board materials and manage investor updates

Own the OKR process, align strategy with objectives, map dependencies, escalate blockers

Own the operating system: run All?Hands, maintain consistent communications, optimize processes and decision rights





Lead 1–2 strategic cross?functional projects end?to?end, from due diligence to KPI delivery

Own business performance reporting to Leadership Team, Board, and investors

Deliver timely, actionable plans with clear owners, milestones, and priorities

Requisitos principales6+ years of experience in strategy consulting or strategy/operations/leadership roles at a scaling software company (ideally B2B SaaS)

Strong analytical skills and business acumen with data, financial modeling, and trade?off analysis

Proven ability to influence without authority and negotiate with senior stakeholders

Fast, organized executor who turns ideas into actionable plans with owners and deadlines

Excellent communicator capable of compelling presentations and concise reports

Curious, hands?on problem solver who digs into operational questions

Discretion with confidential information about people, the Board, investors, and fundraising
