Experteer Overview As CSTL, you will lead complex global clinical studies to align with program strategies and budgets.

You partner with functional leaders to optimize resources, manage risk, and ensure timely, high-quality study delivery.

You influence study design and drive cross-functional team performance across multiple studies.

Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead study teams and manage overall study timelines, budgets, and quality targets to meet business needs • Coordinate end-to-end study execution from sourcing and start-up to database release and inspection readiness to ensure timely data delivery • Contribute to clinical study reports and maintain clear study communications and records • Make strategic study-level decisions aligned with program objectives and escalate issues as needed • Facilitate cross-functional team operations using negotiation, conflict resolution, and meeting management • Lead team chartering and health checks; optimize study team resourcing with functional leaders • Represent the study team in asset or sub-team discussions and governance • Oversee quality metrics, SQEs, risk management plans,



and proactive issue resolution • Manage CRO oversight and vendor deliverables as required by Pfizer operating model • Maintain study status and metrics reporting as the single source of truth for the study • Support governance milestones planning and preparation for study deliverables Responsabilidades • Extensive experience in global clinical study operations • Bachelor's degree in drug development or business; advanced degree desirable • 10+ years of relevant experience in clinical study execution and program management • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership experience • Experience budgeting and managing clinical trial budgets • Knowledge of GCP/ICH and integral regulatory operations • Excellent communication with senior leadership and governance bodies • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve issues • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills Requisitos principales • bonus target: 20% of base salary • 401(k) with Pfizer matching • paid vacation and holidays • paid parental leave • medical, dental, and vision coverage • relocation assistance if needed
