Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and execute the medical affairs strategy for the cluster, aligning with global directions and coordinating with commercial teams.

You will lead scientific communications across the pipeline, with emphasis on the lead molecule, including medical education, congress planning and HCP engagement.

You will support Early Access Programmes and externally sponsored research, while guiding Country Medical Leads and Field Medical Advisors.

You will serve as a bridge to clinical development to synchronize medical activities with development programmes.

guiding deployment and activities • Coordinate medical activities with clinical development/operations • Act as educational resource for internal stakeholders and provide medical training • Establish advisory boards and maintain network of HCPs in Oncology • Lead cross-functional strategy development and cross-functional collaboration • Vendor and external team management in a matrix environment Responsabilidades • MD, Phamr D, PhD (or equivalent) degree • Regional or multi-country experience • Extensive medical affairs experience in biotech/pharma • Oncology and immunotherapy therapeutic area experience • Leadership and management of MSL teams • Knowledge of clinical trial design and GCP in oncology/IO • Experience with vendor management and external teams • Track record of cross-functional strategic planning • Experience supporting marketed biotech/pharma products • Experience establishing and chairing advisory boards with a HCP network Requisitos principales •
