About the role

We’re looking for a CEM Scheduling and PMO Analyst to join Verisk Specialty Business Solutions and play an important role in how our Client Environment Management, or CEM, team plans, prioritizes, and delivers its work.

This is more than an administrative PMO position. You’ll be the coordination point between the CEM engineering team, Project Management Office, and wider SBS Operations team, helping ensure engineering capacity is used effectively and that projects and operational priorities stay visible and on track.

You’ll take ownership of resource scheduling for the CEM engineers, support reporting and governance, coordinate Operations meetings, and help teams turn decisions into actions. You’ll also have the opportunity to independently manage smaller internal change initiatives while developing your project management experience alongside more senior project managers.

For someone who enjoys bringing structure to a busy technical environment, working with different stakeholders, and seeing how their organization directly contributes to successful software delivery, this role offers meaningful exposure and room to grow.
