Experteer Overview As Construction (Site) Logistics Manager, you will lead end-to-end logistics for large-scale projects, ensuring materials arrive on schedule to support delivery.

You will align logistics with project phases, manage vendor relationships, and optimize on-site inventory and transport.

Your work enables seamless site operations, reducing congestion and risk through proactive planning and data-driven tracking.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear impact on project success and safety.

Compensaciones / Beneficios • Develop and implement logistics strategies for materials (steel, concrete, HVAC, electrical, plumbing) • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, ensure compliance with specs and delivery timelines • Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics including freight forwarding and customs clearance • Oversee staging, storage, and just-in-time delivery to minimize site congestion • Collaborate with construction managers and engineering teams to align logistics with project phases • Implement risk mitigation strategies (buffer stock, alternative sourcing) • Use ERP systems (SAP)
