Execute and achieve sales quota and targets Articulate the HP Store value proposition and act as POC for HP customers Fast and effective response and resolution of incoming customer enquiries regarding sales, procucts or additional services Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound Track,



manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline Login all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time.

Maximize

Store revenue by upselling/cross-selling to increase order value and AOV Awareness of Online Store promotions and campaigns to maximize their success Ensuring personal knowledge of the Store portfolio is maintained Maintain good CRM hygiene and tracking by accurately tracking all events within the CRM Native Swedish and Advanced level of English Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc) Customer Driven and motivation to work in sales Knowledge of IT solutions (cloud, managed services, cybersecurity, infrastructure, etc).

Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, SalesLo Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to18:00 and Friday 9:00 to 17:00 Great office location in Barcelona Full paid training about the company and the project you will be working on English, Swedish (Required) Time Type: Full time #
