The model is creator-led: trusted coaches, influencers and athletes bring the audience, and the company handles product, tech, growth and monetisation.

What You'll Do

Define coaches' positioning, messaging and content strategy

Produce organic and paid content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube

Optimise content for engagement, conversion and app installs using performance data

Spot emerging trends, formats and narratives that make coaches stand out

What We're Looking For

3–6+ years in social media marketing, creator marketing or content strategy

Experience working with creators, influencers or coaches

Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and short-form video

Strong storytelling and copywriting skills

Execution mindset — you ship fast

Fitness or wellness experience is a strong plus
