About the Role

As an Operations Customer Expert, you'll be the first point of contact for customers of a leading medical device company, helping them with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Your responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone, email,



and/or chat.

Assist with account management and billing-related inquiries.

Help customers troubleshoot technical issues.

Provide accurate information about products and services.

Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.

Requirements

Fluent in

Spanish (Castilian)

.

Good command of English (B2 level or above).

Comfortable using technology and digital platforms.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Empathetic, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

Willing to relocate to Lisbon and work rotating shifts.
