This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal.

What you'll do
- Help passengers by phone, email and chat
- Create, change and cancel bookings
- Turn complaints into happy customers
What you need
- Spanish C1 and English B2
- 6+ months of customer service or call centre experience
- Adaptable for rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, 08:00–21:00, 2 days off)
- Bonus: travel experience or Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo
- Living in Portugal, with EU work authorisation
