About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading integral customer experience company for a

Spanish & English Customer Support Specialist to join a project for a major

Spanish Airline

. Based on-site in Lisbon, Portugal, you will act as the first point of contact for passengers, providing support for flight bookings, inquiries, and customer care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries, flight reservations, and service requests via phone and email.

Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight schedules, ticketing, and airline policies.

Resolve passenger issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Requirements
