Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for understanding and identifying customer needs. You will listen, respond, and mediate between international travelers and accommodation suppliers from all over the world, always ensuring a high level of customer service. You will handle inquiries related to services, payments, and technical requirements, providing accurate information and following established processes via email and phone.

Danish: C2 level and advanced English Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platforms Affinity with accommodation or travel platforms Experience in customer service or contact center environments is a plus Improving organizational processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and quality Contract 38.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday)
