They create innovative medicines for people and animals, adding value through innovation for all three business areas: human pharmaceuticals, animal health, and contract manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. Now they are growing in animal area too, it was created 3 years ago.

Our client is forming a technological hub that will serve the entire group internationally. It is growing and has more than 500 specialists. This hub is located in San Cugat del Vallés.

We are looking for a Data Governance to join the team and being responsible for defining conceptual deliverables and interacting independently with key stakeholders across various domain.

What will your duties be?

- Supporting the implementation and rollout of data governance initiatives.
- Guiding Domain Owners through the process of identifying data owners at the source system level.
- Defining and developing training programs for Source Data Owners.




- Supporting the ongoing evolution and refinement of our Data Product definition.
- Creating effective communication materials for the department.
- Onboarding Domain Owners into their new roles and providing them with ongoing operational support.
- Preparing, managing, and clearly presenting content in committees and governance forums.

Which are the requirements?

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical areas.
- High degree of autonomy, proactivity and self-management,
- Strong capability in gathering and analyzing functional requirements.
- Skills in Power Point creation and being able to present information in a visual and engaging manner.
- English fluent.
