We are looking for a hands-on Quality Manager to take ownership of quality performance in a dynamic manufacturing plant.

What you will do

Lead and elevate the

Quality function within the plant

Ensure compliance with

IATF and customer requirements

Act as a key interface with customers, managing quality issues and escalations

Identify risks and drive improvements across product, processes, and equipment

Strengthen core quality tools (

FMEA, Control Plans, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA

)

Boost process capability and operational excellence

Lead change,

What we are looking for

Proven experience as

Quality Manager in automotive manufacturing

Strong expertise in

IATF and core quality tools

Results-driven, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset

Ability to operate in fast-paced or transformation environments

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

High-impact position with real decision-making power
