Rhenus SE & Co. is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to shape and lead AI-powered talent strategies across the EMEA region.This role is based in Spain or Serbia and reports to the Director - Talent Acquisition EMEA in the United Kingdom.

You will partner with senior leaders to forecast talent needs, build robust pipelines for current and future growth, and lead a high-performing TA team with a focus on data-driven decision making, innovation, and ethical AI usage.
